We are happy to confirm that the ability for the system to add your events for you automatically is still being tested and will be rolled out by the end of January.

Admins need to just enter the ‘rules’ for when their club meetings take place and the system will generate 6 months ahead.

This does offer some potential problems which we believe are addressed with these actions.

Public Holidays – Main UK public holidays are being introduced to the system and club meetings will not be added on a bank holiday.

Confirming a date – We are adding a confirmation field for admins to confirm a meeting as correct after the system has automaitcally set it.

Change date & other information – Once the club event has been crfeated, you can edit it as you like. We strongly suggest you do edit the content because our experience over the past six month is that changing the content for each meeting improves the response.
